A Fellow Chartered Professional with nearly 30 years of international experience, Millan De Silva has led and shaped major organisations across construction, media, and modern agriculture. He is the Founder & Chairman of Dei Gratia Agritech, a leading Modern Agriculture company, the Founder & Chairman of Verbum TV, Sri Lanka’s first Catholic nonprofit television channel, and the Founder & former Chairman of Milcris, a renowned construction consultancy in the Middle East.

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK), Fellow of the Australian Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (UK), Chartered Management Consultant, and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he brings deep multi-disciplinary expertise.
